Our Story

Built From a Folding Table and Six Neighbors Who Missed Making Things Together

We started Craft Community & Wellness Living because wellness felt clinical and hobbies felt lonely — so we built a room where movement, making, and real conversation happen at the same table.

How We Got Here

Four Years, One Folding Table to a Full Studio

What started as a borrowed pottery wheel in a garage is now a full wellness and craft studio with a weekly schedule, fourteen instructors, and a community that keeps growing block by block.

2021

The Folding Table

Six neighbors, one borrowed pottery wheel, and a garage. What we now call "open studio night" started as a standing Tuesday invite.

2022

First Studio on Wildflower Lane

We signed our first lease and added morning yoga to the schedule. Membership crossed 100 in the first six months.

2023

The Craft Wing Opens

We expanded into a dedicated pottery and weaving studio and brought on our first outside instructors.

2024

500 Members Strong

We crossed 500 active members and launched a full monthly community events calendar, built by member request.

Today

620+ Members and Growing

Open seven days a week with 45+ classes and workshops, 14 certified instructors, and a waitlist for our weaving series.

What We Believe

The Four Things We Won't Compromise On

Connection Over Convenience

We could livestream classes. We won't. Being in the same room, at the same table, is the entire point.

Beginners Always Welcome

Every class and workshop is taught for the person walking in for the first time, not just the regulars.

Make With Your Hands

There's a reason we kept the pottery wheels even when rent went up. Making something real changes how a week feels.

Show Up As You Are

No dress code, no performance, no "wellness look." Just come as you are, whenever you can.
